A selective post-ladder distinction available to eligible GFT Implementation Leaders through formal application or nomination, eligibility review, portfolio review, colloquium, and unanimous Fellowship Panel determination.
Post-nominal: MFF · The numbered GFT ladder ends at Level 5 — GFT Implementation Leader.
What Fellowship is — and is not
Master Formation Fellow recognizes sustained contribution to and stewardship of the GFT ecosystem. There is no automatic progression from Level 5 to Fellowship. Holding Level 5 establishes eligibility to pursue Fellowship; it does not guarantee admission, candidacy, or award.
- It is not a sixth level. Fellowship carries no level number and does not extend the certification ladder.
- It is never purchased. There is no product, no price, and no checkout. Any fee is nominal cost recovery only and never influences a determination.
- It is entered by formal application or nomination, followed by eligibility review — holding Level 5 establishes eligibility to pursue Fellowship, nothing more.

Eligibility and review
Candidacy requires an active Level 5 credential held in good standing for at least 12 months, 2 qualifying endorsements, and written candidate consent. There is no equivalency bypass.

Every award requires eligibility review, a 3-reviewer panel scoring independently, a 45–60 minute live colloquium, calibration, and unanimous determination. Fellows reaffirm their standing on a 3-year stewardship cycle.
What Fellowship does not grant
- Authority to certify other individuals at any GFT level
- Automatic Level 5 reviewer authority
- Automatic appointment to Fellowship review panels
- Automatic facilitator/implementation-leader training or mentor authority
- Automatic fidelity-review participation authority
- Automatic governance or advisory authority
- Commercial licensing authority over GFT materials
- Authority to represent Gayle Solutions as employee or agent
- Ownership or unrestricted authority over GFT intellectual property
- Authority to issue GFT credentials
- State, university, or third-party credentialing recognition
Candidacy intake is not open. Application and nomination will open when the Founding Steward authorizes the first Fellowship cycle. There is nothing to purchase or submit at this time.
