GFT Afterschool Program
Enrichment. Not extra school.
The GFT Afterschool Program brings Gayle Formation Theory's six formation domains to life outside the school day — through building, creating, presenting, and leading — so every student leaves with real evidence of how they've grown, not just another activity on a schedule.

What it is
GFT Afterschool is a structured formation program delivered in 8- or 12-week cycles by trained Formation Guides, built on the same six domains — Executive Function, Cognitive Duality, Progressive Responsibility, Systems Thinking, Transferability, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship — that anchor every GFT classroom implementation. Students build, design, rehearse, pitch, and present. Every cycle ends in a capstone showcase and a documented Growth Report families can actually see and keep.
Why schools and partners choose it
A real framework, not a filler activity.
Built for staff you already have.
A first step, not a dead end.
Who it's for
Built for K–12 schools, charter and district networks, and community partners — congregations, nonprofits, and youth organizations — who want an enrichment program with real academic substance behind it.
The GFT Afterschool Program is newly launched. No outcome data, effectiveness claims, testimonials, or participation statistics are published on this site, and none will be until completed pilot cycles produce them. Program imagery is representative and will be replaced with consent-cleared photography from live sites. Student formation data is handled under the GFT platform privacy standards, including parent/guardian consent and de-identified reporting.
