Refund Policy

GayleSolutions offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through this site. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us at pr@gaylesolutions.com and we will help arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Renewal charges are also covered by the 30-day guarantee from the date of the renewal charge.

On-site professional development, onboarding, and advisory partnerships are scheduled engagements. Refund and rescheduling terms for these are set out in the executed engagement letter; where no such terms apply, the 30-day guarantee above applies.

If a refund is issued for a certification purchase, any credential awarded from that purchase is withdrawn and its public verification status is updated accordingly.
