GFT Afterschool Program

The same six domains. A different stage.

GFT Afterschool doesn't introduce new domains — it applies the same six that anchor every GFT classroom implementation, through the kind of hands-on, low-stakes work that afterschool time is built for.

EF

Executive Function

Planning a build from sketch to finished product, on a deadline they helped set.

CD

Cognitive Duality

Holding a creative idea and its practical constraints at the same time, and deciding what to change.

PR

Progressive Responsibility

Taking a named role on a project team and carrying it through to the showcase.

ST

Systems Thinking

Seeing how one part of a build, performance, or plan changes everything connected to it.

TR

Transferability

Carrying a method learned in one project into a different project the following block.

IE

Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Pitching an original idea to peers and staff, and revising it based on real feedback.

The GFT Afterschool Program is newly launched. No outcome data, effectiveness claims, testimonials, or participation statistics are published on this site, and none will be until completed pilot cycles produce them. Program imagery is representative and will be replaced with consent-cleared photography from live sites. Student formation data is handled under the GFT platform privacy standards, including parent/guardian consent and de-identified reporting.

Bring GFT Afterschool to your students.

We are onboarding a limited number of founding pilot sites for the first GFT Afterschool cycles.
